Policies for Exchanges and Returns
The Calvarium strives to fabricate and offer the finest quality pieces for your home and soul. If you feel there is an issue with your order or the carrier damaged your order during transit, please contact us.
Email Service@TheCalvarium.com with your order number in the Subject Line and a description of the issue in the email body and we will partner with you to resolve the issue quickly based upon our general guidelines below; however, circumstances and materials may factor into our abilities.
Items damaged during transit
An item damaged during transit will be exchanged with a duplicate unless; One of a Kind, Custom Order, Material(s) no longer available or cost to replicate is prohibitive. The damaged item must be returned to us before any corrective action can be taken. We will send you a return label.
If an items needs to be returned due to a construction issue we will be glad to exchange it for an identical replacement or full refund of the item’s purchase price. The item must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt before any corrective action can be taken. We will send you a return label. In the event of an exchange, materials may need to be substituted due to supplier availability.
Calvarium Fabrica and Custom Furniture
If there is a construction issue with a custom or unique (vintage) piece of furniture, we will correct the issue at no cost, however, furniture is not returnable. We will contact you to make pickup/drop-off arrangements. Materials may need to be substituted due to supplier availability.
