While this cocktail is perfect at any time - the color and flavor absolutely pops during the hot days of late summer and early autumn.
You will need:
1 1/2 oz. (45 mL) Spiced Rum
1 1/2 oz. (45 mL) Peach puree
1 oz. (30 mL) Soda water
dash Angostura Bitters.
1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. Add the Rum, puree, and bitters then stir to combine.
3. Top with club soda and gently stir, again.
4. Garnish with a peach slice and enjoy!
This cocktail can also be chilled and strained to serve as a martini.
